Will not use the service again. Im very sad. Have paid for more than 100 dollars for just less than two pages of work and the writer could not get it done. the writer had no gramatical mistakes, thats all, the entire work was not done as instructed and I have to do everything all over again.

The first revision was completely bunk. There was very little done. If it was not for the second revision I would not return for any more business. The customer interaction and the second revision definitely turned around my opinion. The agents were prompt in answering questions and keeping me up to date. I was quite disappointed when I received the first revision and there as almost nothing done to it. $125 for a few punctuation marks? The second revision and prompt customer service greatly boosted my confidence in the company.
